At Le Nouveau Chef you can order your favorite (chef’s) clothes easily online and have them delivered, either within Europe or the rest of the world. We try to expedite the shipment of our products as efficiently and quickly as possible, so before your parcel is shipped a strict check is carried out so that you get your work clothes delivered in good order.

What is the delivery time?
Orders via our webshop are delivered standard with our carriers DPD/DHL. The delivery time for an order is usually 2-6 working days within Europe (if the product is in stock). When shoes have also been ordered, the delivery time can be up to 7 working days and with text embroidery up to 12 working days. These delivery times apply to delivery within the Netherlands. For delivery to Belgium the delivery time is on average one working day longer. For the rest to Europe and the rest of the world, country-specific delivery times apply.

What are the shipping costs?
Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria are sent free of costs when the order amount is above €100 (ex VAT). For orders under €100 (ex VAT) we charge €5,95 for shipping within the Netherlands / Germany and €8,75 for shipment to Belgium / Austria. For orders to other countries in the EU, we charge the following shipping costs:

Region 1 (Luxembourg, Denmark, United Kingdom):

Region 2 (Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden):

Region 3  (Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Bosnia, Serbia):
total amount <€ 350, – (ex VAT): € 35, – total amount> € 350, – (ex VAT): free shipping

Does Le Nouveau Chef also ship to the rest of the world?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to mention all countries here, so if you want to have an order sent to a country other than the ones mentioned, please send your order request to our sales department ( Please mention in the message which item number, size and color you’d like to orde and of course to which country it should be sent.

How can I track my package?
All shipments are provided with a Track & Trace code and sent through Sendcloud / DPD. The Track & Trace code is automatically sent to you by e-mail at the time of sending.

Is return free of charge?
Returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria are always free if the return is registered in our return portal and is returned within 14 days from the time of delivery. Within this period, the article may be viewed and assessed, unless otherwise stated. Returns from all other countries are at your own cost. Check out our return page for more information.
