FAQ – Corona virus

On this page we would like to keep you informed on what exactly the coronavirus (COVID-19) means for Le Nouveau Chef. Because of the continuously changing situation we try to keep you as updated as possible.

What is the impact on delivery of my product(s)?
  • The Netherlands: we still ship as usual. Possible delays may occur due to the occupation of the distribution centers.
  • Belgium: we still ship as usual. Possible delays may occur due to the occupation of the distribution centers. Please note that in Belgium, PUDO point deliveries and/or pickups are currently not possible.
  • Germany: we ship as usual again. Possible delays may occur due to the occupation of the distribution centers.
  • France: we ship as usual again. Possible delays may occur due to the occupation of the distribution centers.
  • Italy: Because of the government restrictions, it is hard to deliver products to Northern Italy. Possible delays may occur due to the occupation of the distribution centers.
  • Spain: we ship as usual again. Possible delays may occur due to the occupation of the distribution centers.
  • Other European countries: As long as European borders are open to ship products and goods, your products will be delivered (but possible delays could occur). If there is a restriction during shipment or your package does not arrive at your destination for another reason, we will contact you if the package has returned to us.
  • Outside Europe: borders have been opened again to ship products and goods, so your products will be delivered (but possible delays could occur). If there is a restriction during shipment or your package does not arrive at your destination for another reason, we will contact you if the package has returned to us.
What will happen to new or existing orders?
  • New orders:
    • New orders can be placed, our webshop is up-to-date with our current stock. So if it’s on stock and we’re able to ship we can send your order.
  • Existing orders:
    • If your order is on stock or came in with embroidery we’ll ship it (if possible).
    • Orders with embroidery (placed after February 29th) are on hold right now. Our European workshops have got restrictions to close till (at least) April 6th. We’ll personally reach out to our customers (as much as possible)
Is it possible to visit Le Nouveau Chef’s showroom?
