Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, usually within minutes. Please check if all details are correct. If not, please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply any discounts after your order has been finalized on the website.

If you are experiencing problems when trying to apply a promotion code on the Shopping Card page, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will assist you.

Unless stated otherwise promotions cannot be combined (used together on a transaction/purchase). Please enter only one promotion code during checkout.

How to redeem your promotion code?

1. Simply enter the valid promotion code into the promotional code box on the Shopping Card page.
2. Click "Ok"
3. Check that the sum of your order is adjusted in accordance with the applicable code
4. Proceed to payment page.

Up until the time that your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to orders@lenouveauchef.com (staffed during normal office hours). Make sure to include your full name, order number and a clear explanation as to why you wish to cancel your order. We will acknowledge receipt of your request to cancel or adjust the order and will reimburse when necessary.

If your order has already been shipped, you can return it according to our return policy described below.

 

PAYMENT

On LeNouveauChef.com we accept banktransfer, Paypal and most common credit cards such as Visa Credit/Debit, Mastercard and Maestro. Please note that we only accept credit cards from countries where we ship to. For your safety and security we require you to enter your Card Verification Number (CVN) when paying by Credit Card.

Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons:
Has your card expired?
Have you entered your details correctly? Correct CVC code?
If the problem persists, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.

Prices on the Website exclude Dutch VAT (21%). Fill in the VAT-nr when ordering for your company (outside the Netherlands) to avoid these costs. (VAT-nrs will be checked on validity)

We will bill your credit card in Euro.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

On orders within the EU, except for: Germany, Swiss, Austria, Netherlands & (These countries have their own webshop), we charge different shipping costs depending on the value of your order:

Prices region 1 (Luxemburg, Denmark, United Kingdom):

Prices region 2 (Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden):

Orders are shipped via DPD/Sendcloud. Within Europe orders normally arrive within 3-9 days and to the rest of the world anywhere between 7-14 business days. Some packages can take slightly longer due to postal delays. Delays related to stock availability will be communicated to you on time via email.

We try to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (if in stock). When your order has been shipped we will send you another e-mail so you can be sure that your order is on its way!
DPD will also send you a Track- and Tracelink by e-mail.

DPD sends a Track- and Tracelink to your e-mail on the day the package leaves our warehouse.

RETURNS

If you are at all unhappy with your purchase from www.lenouveauchef.com you may return the product(s) to us within 14 days (from the date you received the order) and get a refund. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the refund amount due to loss of value if you have used or damaged the product or packaging. Items must be unused. To speed up the process you need to complete the return form included with the purchase, providing us information such as your name and order number. Feel free to state the reason for the return and whether or not you would like to exchange the product for a different one and if so, which one. The total order amount (possible freight- and handling costs included) will be reinbursed when the complete order is cancelled and send back to us in salable condition.

In order to be able to process your complaint we need for a written description to be send to our customer service department. You can send this to href="mailto: info@lenouveauchef.com ">office@lenouveauchef.com (or use the contact form), describing the nature of the complaint and a photograph of the product to support the description. To speed up the process, please include your order number in the complaint. In order to receive a replacement product or a refund you must send us the product when we request it back. We will contact you as soon as your complaint has been received and assessed.

Returns and exchanges sent back to us at www.lenouveauchef.com may take up to 2 weeks to process. We will notify you by e-mail once we have received your return and once we have refunded your account. Refunds are always made into the bank account filled in on the return form.

PRODUCTS

Washing instructions for clothing of Le Nouveau Chef

Before usage!
Before using the garment, we advise to wash the clothes on 30°C on a short program with a small amount of washing powder, otherwise grease stains will be difficult to remove. Choose a grease-regenerative program. Use the washing label inside for next washes.

General instruction!
Do not overload the washing machine for the best result. The clothing will be less damaged and cleaner this way.

Clothing with buttons and/or zippers!
Turn the jacket inside out before washing and close the zipper or buttons. This prevents damage on zipper and buttons.

Highly contaminated clothing!
Macerate your highly contaminated white clothing in Biotex for a night and then run a prewash + normal washing program on 40°C or 60°C. You will get the optimal result by using more washing powder in the prewash than in the normal washing program. We advise a temperature of 40°C for removing grease stains and a temperature of 60°C for fruit and vegetables stains. Always thoroughly rinse. After the rinse and spin you dry the cloths hanging for the best results.

Coloured clothing!
Always separate white and coloured clothing.

100% Infinity clothing!
We advise to wash at 30°C when clothing is made of 100% infinity like our vest aprons. When the garment is a combination of colours we strongly advise the use of colour catchers to protect against colour bleeding.

Printed clothing:

  • Do not wash warmer than 40°C
  • Chlorine bleach and chemical cleaning is not permitted
  • Do not tumbledry
  • Never iron imprints
  • When in doubt contact Le Nouveau Chef for advice
