Return Portal

Only available for Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands

The approval period of products of Le Nouveau Chef is 14 days, commencing on the day the goods have been delivered. During this term the goods may be examined and tried on, to judge whether or not the size is right, unless stated otherwise. Products that have been amended or personalized can not be returned, unless it is a production failure. Returning goods is free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, if the return is registered in the return portal*.

In case the goods are not meeting your expectations you can return them if:
* The approval period has not yet expired * The clothing has not be worn nor washed
* The goods are returned in their original state
* The goods have not been amended or personalized (i.e. embroidery)
* The return form (included in the package) has been filled in completely and correctly and send together with the goods to Le Nouveau Chef

Please do not forget to include the return form in the package. You can make a return label by going tot he website https://lenouveauchef.shipping-portal.com/returns/, please keep your track- and tracenumber of the shipment ready (see e-mail of DPD)

Return Procedure

If you are at all unhappy with your purchase from www.lenouveauchef.com you may return the product(s) to us within 30 days (after delivery) and get a refund. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the refund amount due to loss of value if you have used or damaged the product or packaging (this includes removing labels or similar from the original product). Items must be unused. To speed up the process you need to complete the included return form, including information such as your name and order number. Feel free to state the reason for the return and whether or not you would like to exchange the product for a different one and if so, which one. freight costs incurred for shipping back products to us will not be reimbursed.
